Climb up its tower – El Miguelete – and enjoy a fantastic view over Valencia. A visit to the central market is a must as its building is one of the most beautiful of its kind.

A different and more modern Valencia can be found in the City - La Ciutat de les arts y les ciéncies - with impressive buildings all designed by the valencian architect Calatrava. They hold a sience museum, a 3D cinema and the opera of Valencia.

To get to know the culture of Valencia visit the city the week before the 19th of March when the city celebrates Fallas. The whole town takes part in this with sculptures on every square which will be burned on the last night.
